Design Engineer (San Jose, CA)

Candidate will design analog circuits and systems for power management products in generic CMOS, Bipolar, or BiCMOS technologies. 

Products include, switching regulators and power management ICs for the fast-growing portable markets.

Essential Job Functions:  

Design for proprietary, high-performance analog and/or mixed-signal power management products.

Working with a group of motivated engineers, the designer is expected to participate and assist in the design of next generation power management IC’s in various applications.

Requirements:

Self-motivated,

Fundamental knowledge of analog design techniques in CMOS/Bipolar/BiCMOS,

Capable of using various test equipment in lab for bench evaluation,

Basic understanding of device physics.
