Test Engineer (San Jose, CA)

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of test development engineering, including but not limited to, developing software and hardware for new product releases, generating test programs to help characterize devices and support of previously released Power Management ICs.

Essential Job Functions:

Interact with design engineering and product engineering to generate test programs to test devices based on specifications from data sheets and input from marketing team,

Develop test hardware to interface with corresponding test platforms,

Generate test specifications for testing on the various platforms,

Release product to production and documentation of all schematics of hardware.

Requirements:

Self-motivated,

Strong analytical and programming skills,

Hands on mixed signal development,

Good with device debugging,

Strong technical background with hardware and software on mixed signal testers.
